Vendor Partnership

This guide provides a step-by-step process for THCa vendors to become affiliated partners with Terpdrop. We're excited to help you get started and grow your presence in the community!

For an in-depth technical guide on how to integrate your products with Terpdrop, please refer to our Vendor Integration Documentation.

About Terpdrop

Terpdrop is a community-driven project that aggregates, filters, and sorts federally legal THCa product data from a variety of vendors. We focus on products like flower, concentrates, and edibles, and we incorporate community feedback through crowdsourced reviews.

The platform is entirely powered by the community and remains free from advertising or sponsorship influence. This ensures that listings and reviews stay objective and unbiased. Please do not solicit advertising or special treatment.

Terpdrop must remain independent and objective, which means all funding comes directly from the community. Development is handled by a one-person team, so every bit of support, whether through word of mouth, paid subscriptions, or donations, helps keep the project running and growing.

How to Partner With Terpdrop

Vendor listings go through a community vetting process in our Discord server. Not all vendors will be listed but all will be considered. Here's how it works:

  • Join our Discord community

    https://discord.gg/rrQEXkYknW

  • Submit your vendor in the #vendor-request channel

Community members can upvote or downvote vendor addition suggestions

  • Encourage your community to check out Terpdrop

Having your customers join our Discord and vote in #vendor-request increases your chances

Important Note

Each collector we create increases our costs and requires ongoing maintenance. By following these guidelines, you'll make it easier (and more likely, as long as you have the 🔥) for us to accurately add and maintain your products on Terpdrop. We are constantly working to bring costs down in order to accomodate more vendors.

Quality Standards

Terpdrop only lists vendors who provide high-quality, safe THCa products that meet legal and community standards.

Lab Testing & Safety Requirements

  • Lab testing (COA) preferred

We prefer products with testing for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials

  • Federal compliance (≤0.3% Delta-9 THC on dry weight basis)

Products must meet USDA hemp regulations

  • Safe for consumption

Products should be free from harmful contaminants, mold, or bacteria.

Cultivation & Processing Standards

  • Organic or natural cultivation preferred

Minimal use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides

  • Direct from farm or licensed cultivator

No mystery sourcing or middleman operations

  • No artificial enhancement or spraying

Products must be naturally grown without synthetic terpenes or additives

  • Proper curing and storage methods

Appropriate moisture levels and handling to preserve quality

What We Don't Accept

  • Sprayed or artificially enhanced products

No synthetic terpenes, distillate spraying, or artificial potency boosting

  • Products with questionable sourcing

We avoid vendors who can't verify where their hemp comes from

Note: We welcome vendors across all price points - from budget options to premium flower. Our focus is on safety and transparency, not excluding affordable products from the community.
